2023 Pre-Draft Meeting I'd like to thank my partner Norm for hosting the Draft, the Pre-Draft meeting and running the Pre-Draft meeting. Attendees: Body Shop, Black Assassins, Figtin' Irish, and a member of the Croatans, Dream Team and Jelly Beans Rule changes: ============= Generally I like to get the rule changes done at the meeting, apparently we had a couple of rules which were passed, but it became clear some teams were not so sure about what they were voting for. So I am going to redo this. I would like to get this done by 7/31/23 and not at the DRAFT. Discuss with your partner (if you have one and post your votes on the bulletin board). I am redoing all rules because some made one vote contingent on the other. Vote one each one (you can vote for more than one). If not proposal reaches 6 votes everything stays the same. If more than one proposal/sub-proposal clears 6 votes, we will use the one with the most votes. 1. Up RBs to 1 pt. per reception (10-0). 1a. Also what about QB and PK - not that important but it does happen. 2. Switch all distance scoring to the same WRs receiving TDs. So every rushing, passing and receiving TD will be scored using this system (0-30 yards = 6pts., 31-60 yards =9pts., over 61 yards = 12 pts.) 2a. Running Backs, QBS and WRs running. 1-5 yards = 5 pts. 6-20 yards = 7 pts. 21-50 yards = 10 pts. Over 51 yards = 15 pts. 3. QB receiving will be same as RBs receiving (the current QB receiving system is a 32 year old mistake).
