WEEK 8:
The ROXB WRANGLERS defeated the FIGHTIN' IRISH(146.2 - 134.4)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Roxborough Wranglers and Cooper overcame a 2.9-point deficit to the Fightin’ Irish and Mixon on Monday night. The Wranglers were led by Cousins, Copper and Waddle as they climbed back to .500. The Irish were led by Jimmy G. and King Henry in the loss. The Irish best lineup would have changed the outcome and the only weird items here would have been benching Mixon and starting Rodgers (against the BILLS). Pre-Game Hype:

WEEK 8:
The CROATANS defeated the BLACK & BLUE(117.9 - 112.5)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Croatans and 18.2-point lead barely held off the defending champion Black & Blue Attack and Boyd. Boyd did enough to keep the Croatans on the edge of their seats. The Croatans were led by Hurts and Meyers as they hung on to the last money spot. Carlson, like the rest of the RADIDERS had an unscheduled BYE. The Attack was led by Murray in the loss that dropped them under the money line. Pre-Game Hype:

WEEK 8:
The M. TAKERS defeated the B ASSASSINS(156.5 - 141.0)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Money Takers and the Black Assassins. The Takers, Burrow and Higgins easily surpassed the 24.3-point lead by Assassins on Monday night. The Takers had to be worried by the Bengal double-bubble’s performance in the first half. But a garbage time 9 point TD form the Bengal duo gave them the “W” and moved them to the .500 mark. The takers were led by Burrow, Forman, Aiyuk and Diggs. The Assassins were led by DJ Moore in the loss (if he keeps his helmet on, maybe he at least gets the PNATHERS a “W”). The Assassins did not play their best team, but it was close. Their best lineup would still have seen them fall to second place. With both teams scoring over 140, it is a shame that either team lost. WEEK 8:
The JELLY BEANS defeated the DREAM TEAM(198.1 - 128.6)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Jelly Beans and a 107.4 point lead was away too much for the Dream Team, Chubb and York on Monday night. Chubb and York did ok, but that was Mission Impossible. The Beans were led by Tua and 3 40+ point performances by Kamara, Run CMC (not as valid on the west coast), and AJ to a money spot and their first helmet of the year. Chubb, Cook and D-Hop led the Dream Team in the loss. Pre-Game Hype:

WEEK 8:
The GOOD FELLAS defeated the BODY SHOP(147.3 - 124.2)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Good Fellas and a 24.3-point lead proved to be too much for the Body Shop and McPherson on Monday Night. Not impossible, but with the Bengals down by 25 at the half, there was little chance McPherson would be booting a lot of FGs. The Fellas were led by Action Jackson, Etienne, Kupp and the Cheetah. The Shop wasted an MVP performance by Pollard (Zeke – who) and a measly 24.1-point performance by Josh Allen (first time under 30). The Shop could have won with their best lineup, but it would have been a strange lineup (including2 benched TEs). Pre-Game Hype:
