WEEK 10:
The B ASSASSINS defeated the CROATANS(165.5 - 123.1)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The defending champion Black Assassin completed the seasons weep of their former partner and the Croatans. The Assassins were led by their WR trio of Diggs, Hill and Lamb (sounds like a TV serios to me). Although the Croatans, Henderson and Kittle had little chance to overcome the 64 point lead, the Assassins did watch the helmet slip through their fingers on Monday night. Pre-Game Hype:

WEEK 10:
The JELLY BEANS defeated the GOOD FELLAS(101.9 - 98.6)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
In a family affair the Jelly Beans and a 4.3 point lead held off the Good Fellas and the RAMS on Monday night. So Arnold, Ramsey and Miller could not muster more than one point on Monday night. Maybe trying to buy a Super Bowl, does not always work. The Beasn were led by Gonzalez (Their PK). The Fellas wasted a nice performance by DeVonta Smith (who we hear is tired of hearing about Ja’Marr Chase). When you lose by 3.3, there are usually some bullets sitting the bench that could have made a difference. The bullets in this case consisted of Hurts or Singeltary, either would have done it. WEEK 10:
The BODY SHOP defeated the DREAM TEAM(98.8 - 81.3)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Body Shop avenged their week 1 loss to the Dream Team. The Shop, Aiyuk, Jefferson and a 7.5 point lead easily outlasted the Dream team and Gay on Monday night. Let’s face it, neither team lit up the scoreboard on Sunday or Monday. Dak was the only starter on either team to clear 20 points. Neither team cleared triple digits. The Dream Team starters failed to score a single TD (not sure if that ever happened before – probably did). If we were using the original scoring system (no yardage points) the Dream Team would have went into Monday night with 0 points and left with 4 points. Hoping this will serve as a wakeup call. A Cousins and Carter start would have fixed everything. Pre-Game Hype:

WEEK 10:
The BLACK & BLUE defeated the FIGHTIN' IRISH(168.7 - 90.7)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Black & Blue Attack already had the sweep of the Figthin’ Irish toiled down on Sunday and they still had the 49ERS playing on Monday Night. The 49ERS did help them wrap up their 3rd helmet of the year with a lot of help from MVP performance Mahomes (welcome back) and D. Williams. The Irish failed to field a 20 point scorer or break triple digits(that is a common them this week) and they had very little help on the bench. Pre-Game Hype:

WEEK 10:
The M. TAKERS defeated the ROXB WRANGLERS(128.3 - 114.7)
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Money Takers and the Roxborough Wranglers. The Takers, Deebo and a 2.5 point lead held off the Wranglers and Kupp on Monday night. Now I wasn’t really watching this game or the Monday night game (I think I made it to half-time – I had pretty much figure that 60+_ yard FG from Gay was out of the question). Although my team (and my opponent) failed to light up the scoreboard, the same could not be said by Deebo and Cooper. I imagine the that they traded punches and the eventually Deebo came out on top. More likely Deebo put the game away early and Cooper just was chasing a foal he could not catch (but that story is not nearly exciting – so we will stick with the less likely trading punches story). The Takers were led by Deebo, Tayloe and Allen. The Wranglers were led by Kupp and Brady (proof you can indeed buy a Super Bowl). Starts of Carr, Pollarf and Myers would have made this game a much more exciting game and cost the Takers the loss. Pre-Game Hype:
