2020 Pre-Draft Meeting Attendees: Body Shop, Dream Team and Fightin' Irish COVID-19 Changes this year: Draft will be expanded from 16 to rounds to 18 rounds and there will be no undrafted slots. This should give teams some extra depth in case of a COVID outbreak. There will be a COVD-IR (unlimited number) where players who miss games because of a COVD-19 infection may be placed. This will free up a roster spot for the pick up of a player ($10) without cutting any players. Only players that are out because of COVID may be placed on the COVDI-IR. Once a player that had COVID is cleared to return, he must be returned to the active roster or cut. Any player may be cut to make room for the returning COVID player. Cutting a player from the COVID-IR or cutting a player from theroster and activating a COVID-IR player will not cost any money.If you DRAFT a player who is known to be infected with COVID, he will NOT be eligible for the COVID-IR. It was the consensus at the meeting (subject to vote at the draft) that the season will be considered a full season if 9 weeks are played. If less than 9 weeks are played. the season will be null & void. I will eat the cost of CBS.
