The Bishops of Battle and Thomas carried a 46.6 point lead in to Monday night against the defending champion Dream Team and Sanders. Sanders out-performed Thomas but not by that much. The Bishops were led by Matty Ice, Bernard, Gurley and Shepard. The Dream Team was led by Woods in the loss. A Goff and Ridley start might have had the 2 teams swapping standings points. |

The Roxborough Wranglers, Watkins and a 45.5 point lead proved to be too much for the Good Fellas and Kelce on Monday night. Kelce cut the deficit by almost one half but came up short and Watkins was in street clothing. The Wranglers were led by Cousins and Davis as they climbed back to the .500 line. Kelce was joined by a revived TB12 to lead the Good Fellas. The Fellas had very little help on the bench. |

The Jelly Beans and the Broncos had a tenuous lead of 4.2 points against the Fightin’ Irish, Hunt Butker and the CHIEFS. The Irish CHIED contingent easily overcame that thin margin and then quickly surpassed the rest of the league to notch the first Helmet of the year for the Irish, as well as their first win. The Irish were led by Rivers, Hunt, Cooper, Julio, Tate and Ertz in the first win for the Irish. If you have to go 1-3 to start the season, make sure you nab the helmet in that 1 win. The Beans were led by Gordon and Cooks in the loss. A Wentz or Westbrook and Chubb start would have kept the Irish winless. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the The “Game of the Week” honors go to the contest between the Money Takers and the Body Shop. The Takers and Keenum carried a 38 point lead into Monday night against the Shop, Mahomes and Hill. Mahomes and Hill got very close as Keenum failed to toss a TD. In fact, I am pretty sure they were sweating in Taker HQ as the CHIEFS were driving for that game winning TD. If that last Hunt TD came on a shovel pass instead of handoff, we would have a different team at the top of the standings still undefeated. The Takers were led by Kamara and Kupp as they rolled to 4-0. The Shop was led by Mahomes, Zeke, and John Brown in the loss. When you lose by less than 5 points, there was a probably a bench player or 2 that could have made the difference, The game is no different as a Ross or Ebron start would have had the same effect as Hunt TD catch would have had instead of a Hunt run. |

The Black & Blue Attack, Lindsay and a 10.7 point lead held off the Young Gunz and McManus on Monday night in the highest scoring game of the week. It was a shame either of these teams lost, but it is much better than a tie. The Attack was led Watson, White and Hopkins as they notched their first “W” of the year. The Gunz were led by Dalton, Diggs and Thielen in the loss. A Luck and Jeffrey start by the Gunz would have kept the Attack winless and Gunz at .500. |
