The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Body Shop and the Bishops of Battle. The Shop needed a win and an Irish loss to win the title. The Bishops needed a win and Gunz loss to get back in the Money. The Shop was led by Mahomes and Hill. The CHIEF double bubble basically led the Shop all year, and week 17 was no different. I wonder if Casey has trouble accepting a title due in large part to an ex-EAGLE coach (I doubt it). The Bishops were les by Matty Ice and Zay Jones in the loss. The Bishops had limited help on the bench. |

The Roxborough Wranglers completed the season sweep of the Dream Team in a game that was more about pride than anything else. The Wranglers were led by Evans and Engram as they avoided the by about 30 points. The defending Champion Dream Team (my last change to say that for at least a year and a half) was led by Goff and Edelman as the season ended. The Dream Team’s injury-riddled bench did not really offer many options (and no that would have made a difference). I can tell you this, I am going to think once or twice before making another trade with the Body Shop. I know nothing malicious was intended, but somehow Zeke and Hill look a lot better than OBJ and Fournette (ok Norm was not fully on board with drafting Fournette – and nether am I going forward). |

The Money Takers avenged their mid0season loss to the Jelly Beans in another contest that held little impact on the standings. The Takers were led by Mayfield, Reynolds and Agholor in the win. The Beans were led by Mullens and Cooks in the loss. The Beans had limited options on the bench. |

The Fightin’ Irish need only to win their week 17 competition with the Black & Blue to win the title. The Attack needed to Win and the Shop to lose to win the title. Neither of those scenarios panned out as the Attack led by Mack, Hopkins and Kittle did their part but they did not get the help they needed. The Irish were led by Julio on the loss that dropped them from 1st to 3rd. Fortunately for the Irish, they had no bench players that would have made the difference. That would have made for a long off-season for the Irish. |

In the closest game and what would normally have been GOW, the Good Fellas completed the season sweep of the Young Gunz. The Fellas were led by Brady, Carson and Godwin and despite finishing in last place the swept the 3nd highest scoring tram. The Gunz were led by Luck and Barkley and despite the loss managed to hold on to that final Money spot. The Gunz had many options on the bench, in fact a Josh Allen get them the all-important Week 17 helmet. |
