The Bishops of Battle completed the season sweep of the Dream Team and jumped up into a money slot. The Bishops were led to their 2nd Win a row by Wilson and Gurley. OBJ was the only Dream Team starter that cleared the 20 point mark. The Dream Team had some better options on the bench but even their best lineup would have come up short as their season long 2 game winning streak ended. |

The Good Fellas avenged their early season loss to the Roxborough Wranglers. The Fellas were led by Godwin and a near MVP performance by Kelce as they took one major step to get out of the basement. The Wranglers were led by Big Ben and Cohen as they slipped back into a tie for the basement. The Wranglers also left some better options on the bench, but none that would have kept them out of the basement as their best lineup wpudl have fell short as well. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Fightin’ Irish and the Jelly Beans. The Irish and Ertz rather easily overcame a 2.9 point lead n Monday night. OK it was the closest game, had a Monday night lead change and involved 2 teams that were third for the top spot. There were really no other options for “GOW”. So that is why this game was the “GOW”. If you are wondering why I am going on like this, consider a satirical swipe of the Monday night broadcast that spent more time complaining about EAGLES fans and discussing the Hunt/Foster situations then they did actually describing key points of the game. I took them almost a minute to acknowledge that the EAGLEs had just intercepted Sanchez. The Irish were led by Run CMC and Rivers as they kept their Money spot. The Beans were led by AB and Cook (another TE surprise). A Wentz and Hooper start would have kept the Beans in the money. |

The Body Shop kept their tenuous grip on that top spot by avenging their early season loss to the Money Takers. The Shop was led by Mahomes (MVP of SWFFL and NFL at this point), Zeke and Ebron (who figured him for that many TDs). The Takers were led by Cam and Tucker in their 4th loss in a row. The Taker benched a really nice performance (ok - it really was just one really nice long run) by AD (All Day) Peterson, but even Peterson would not have stopped the bleeding for he Takers who are running out of time to turn it around. |

The Black & Blue Attack completed the season sweep of the Young Gunz, kept pace with the pack at the top and notched their second helmet of the year. The Attack can thank Adams and an MVP performance by Lindsay for all of the above. The Gunz were led by Allen in the loss. Who as like many other teams did not start their best lineup, but even their best would have been just short of making a difference. |
