The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Good Fellas and Figthin’ Irish. The Irish and Brady faced a 36.1 pt. defect going into Monday night. Late into the 4th quarter it was looking gloomy as Brady had put up a great number but he was still quite short and the PATRIOTS had a very comfortable lead. Then suddenly the PATRIOTS special teams imploded and allowed the RAVENS to get back in the game. This was just enough to get Brady back into a “we need to score” mood, and he struck quite quickly with a 79 yard bomb to Hogan (okay it was a 30 yard pass and a lot of YAC). I am not sure if that score was enough to do it, but it certainly put the Irish back in the game. In the end they eked out a 1.4 pt. win. They better look out for those late scoring changes. The Irish were led by Brady, and the PANTHERS as they laid claim to a tie for the last Money spot. The Fellas were led by Nelson and Eifert as they clung to the last Money Spot despite the loss. |

The Bishops of Battle avenged their early season loss to the Black & Blue Attack as a 44.8 pt. lead proved to be way too much for the Attack and RAVENS on Monday night. The Bishops were led by Hyde, Beckham and Gano as they are in a 4 way tie for the last Money spot. The Attack failed to field a 20 point starter and missed a golden opportunity to jump back in to a tie for first. |

The Dream Team got back on the winning track by avenging an early season loss to the Money Takers. He Dream Team is now 5-1 since their 0-8 start (it might be too little – too late but we will keep plugging) The Dream Team was led by an MVP performance Bell, Rodgers and D-Jax. Thomas was the only Taker starter to clear 20 pts. The Takers have lost 3 in a row and 7 of the last 9 and now they are closer to the basement than the Money. |

The Jelly Beans, Tucker and a 58.3 pt. lead were too much for the Body Shop and Gostkowski on Monday night. The Beans notched their 3rd helmet, avenged their early season loss to the Shop and jumped right back into the Championship battle, due largely to the efforts of Hill and the Colt Double-bubble. The Body Shop was led by Hill in the loss that was their 6th in the last 7 games. Despite that they are still tied for 4th place. |

The Young Gunz and a 15.3 pt. lead were no match for the Roxborough Wranglers, Blount and Edelman on Monday night. The Wranglers avenged their early season loss to the Gunz and stayed within striking distance of a Money spot due to the performance by Matty Ice. The Gunz failed to field a 20 pt. starter and wasted a chance to maybe put the title away. Weird, the top 2 teams (Gunz and Black & Blue) failed to break the 100 pt. barrier, have these 2 teams tinkered too much with their rosters. The simplest path to a 2 game lead (and points) was a Gabriel start. |
