Despite the lobbying of the Young Gunz in the chat room, the contest between the Young Gunz and the Good Fellas did not get “GOW” honors. The Young Gunz did however get the “W” in this Gen-Y battle. The Gunz were led by Palmer and Williams as they notched their first “W” (I think I start Brady against all teams this year). The Fellas were led by Antonio again (proving he may have been worthy of that first pick). Now, if I recall, I was supposed to tar and feat her team for staring an inactive (and Mike Evans was inactive well before 1:00) and I believe that was a Good Fella suggestion. Let’s just call that one of those “Things that make you go Hmmm”. Any way, a Mprris or Brees start would have kept the Fellas u ndefeated. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Bishops of Battle and the Jelly Beans. Now since neither team cleared triple digits, I was almost swayed by the Gunz lobbying. But since we had to wait until the last drive for the Bishops, Luck and Johnson to overcome a 20 point lead, and the final margin of victory was less than 3 points I had to go with the Beans and Bishops. The Bishops were led by the CARDINALS in the victory. The Beans f ailed to start a 20 point player. They did however have several (5) on their bench and any one of them being in the starting lineup would have kept them undefeated. |

The Black & Blue Attack, had Allen and Vinatieri in their back pockets on Monday night with the win already secured against the Body Shop. It is a good thing they did because the COLT duo only managed a point between them. The Attack wrapped up early on the strength of performances by Big Ben, Matthews and the BRONCOS. The Shop was led by Williams, Baldwin and PATRIOT Poles. If Romo finishes the game, maybe we have 2 2-0 teams and 2 0-2 teams. A Rivers or Johnson start would have done that as well. |

The Dream Team defeated the Money Takers rather handily. The Dream Team was led by Rodgers, Peterson, Fitzgerald and Sanders as they nabbed their first helmet of the year, as well as their first ”W”. The Takers were led by Beckham and Wilson in the loss which dropped them to 1-1. The Takers left a lot of points on the bench, but not enough that it would have changed the outcome. |

The Roxborough Wranglers remained undefeated as they pretty much crushed little brother’s Fightin’ Irish. The Wranglers were led by Edelman, Megatron and Charles (who had 1 less TD than fumble). The Irish were led by Peyton and Julio in the loss. The Irish also left a lot of points on the bench, but again, not enough to have both of the team join everybody at 1-1. As a result Big Brother’s team stands at the top of the heap at 2-0. The younger brother is bringing up th e caboose at 0-2. As the oldest bother of in family of 6, this seems absolutely natural and the way things ought to be. |
