The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Jelly Beans and the Dream Team. The Jelly Beans held off a Monday night surge by Lynch and S-Jax. In the end the "Almighty" Beans scored their second single digit win over the Dream Team this season. The Beans were led by Brees, Greene and Moss as they knocked another digit off that magic number. The Dream Team suffered their 4th loss in a row. The Dream Team was led by Rodgers, Fitzgerald and Lynch. If the Dream team started Jacobs and Crabtree over Blount and Jennings would have made the last few weeks more interesting for the Bean and the team chasing them, though it probably would not have change the Dream Team's own fortunes much. |

The Roxborough Wranglers completed the season sweep of the Black Revenge as Llolyd could not overcome a 61.3 point lead. The Wranlers were led by Big Ben, Brown, Welker and the LIONS as they kept their Elite hopes alive. The Revenge was led by Romo in the loss and now face a battle just to stay out of the basement. |

The Fightin' Irish avenged their early season loss to the Black & Blue Attack and distanced themselves from that Elite line. The Irish were led by Rivers, Gore and Cruz. Only Newton was able to clear the 20 point line for the Attack. The Irish Magic number for a Elite spot is 2. The Black & Blue are locked in a battle to stay out of the basement. Say it ain't so Black & Blue!! |

The M. Takers completed the season sweep of the Body Shop and kept pace with the "Almighty" Beans. The Takers were led by MJD, Harvin, Gronko and the EAGLES. I have to admit, I though the takers would probably fold after Vick and F-Jax went down, but they have not skipped a beat (and actually have scored the last 2 helmets) and have a magic number of 1 for a Elite spot. Has any TE ever had as good a year as Gronko? The Shop was led by Ryan and Robinson. The Shops 2 game losing streak has and they are in the 3-way basement battle. We may be looking at first to worst here for the defending Champs. |

The Good Fellas completed the season sweep of the Young Gunz and kept their hopes of stealing the Gunz Elite spot alive. In this squeaker of a game, the Fellas were led by Brady, Jones and Nicks. The Gunz were led by Stafford, Nelson, White and Gates. It's really a shame either team left with 150+ points. A Thomas or Washington could have had the Gunz with a nice 2 game lead over the non-Elite teams. One game with 3 to go is still not bad. |
