The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Good Fellas and the Black & Blue Attack. We don't have playoffs, but every once in a while the Scheduling Gods throw us a bone and give us a Super Bowl. The only hitch was the Fellas had to win by 60 or so to take the title away from the Black & Blue Attack. The Fellas won by 76.6 points completing the season sweep of the Black & Blue, wrapping up he week 17 first place prize and most of all wr apping up their second SWFFL championship by 15.9 points. The Fellas were led by Gore, Johnson and Johnson and some last minute pick up named Aromashodu. If the Fellas play Britt, Avery, Meachem or Garcon instead of hitting the waiver wire they are watchin g the Black & Blue repeat (shades of Tim Dwight). In a case of coming up small in a big game, the Black & blue failed to field a 20 point starter. A McGahee start and the Black & Blue still looses the game, but they win the war and the trophy. |

The Money Takers completed the season sweep against the Dream Team. The Takers were led by Shiancoe and Sidney Rice. The Dream Team was led by Stewart and Davis in the loss. Unfortunately, the only real interesting note about this game is that the Dream Team finished in 4th place in scoring, but last in the standings. They of course also led the league in points against. |

The Black Revenge completed the season sweep of the Quiet Storm. In the process, they locked up 3rd place in the standings and grabbed the week 17 2nd place consolation prize. Schaub and Fred Jackson lead the Revenge in their acquisition of 2009 hardware. The Quiet Storm was led by Big Ben in the losing effort. Fortunately for the Storm they avoided the basement. |

The Body Shop avenged their early season 1 point loss to the Jelly Beans. He vengeance by the Shop was really the only hook this game had. The Shop was led by Romo and Felix Jones. The Beans were led by Jamal Charles who put up week 17 MVP numbers. The Beans could have eked out another close win with Matt Ryan and Zach Miller starts. |

In a battle for the final Money spot, the Young Gunz completed the season sweep of the Tsunami Brothers. The Gunz were led by Gaffney and Olsen as the youngsters grabbed the last money spot. The Brothers were led by Harrison and Bees. Starting Chambers, Fitzgerald, T.O. and Kaeding would have kept the Brothers in the Money. |
