The Black & blue Attack avenged their week 5 loss to the Body Shop and climbed back into a tie for first place. The Attack was led by Rice, Peterson and Clark. The Shop was led by Rome in the loss. Although it did not make a difference one has to wonder why Coach Casey keeps showing DeSean Jackson the pine. With our scoring system, I'd be afraid to bench the guy setting the record for most long TDs in one year. |

The Quiet Storm climbed out of the basement by completing the sweep of the championship contending Tsunami Brothers. The Storm was led by Alex Smith and Grant. Nicks and Manning led the Brothers in the loss. Actually Mannaing and Nicks were the only ones to reach double digits. The Brothers supporting staff came up small with the title on the line. Despite this, the Brothers are still very much in the running for the trophy. |

The Jelly Beans kept their Elite hopes alive by sweeping the M. Takers. The Beans were led by Charles and Welker. Thomas Jones led the Takers in the loss that pretty much crushed their Elite hopes. Starting Moreno, Berrian, Shockey and the TEXANS would have given the Takers the "W" and kept those slim hopes alive. It also would have allowed that little guarantee to last more than one week. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Good Fellas and the Black Revenge. The Fellas came in riding a 6 game winning streak. The Revenge was riding a 5 game losing streak. It was truly the hottest team vs. the coldest team. On paper, the Fellas win this going away. Too bad, we play fantasy football on LCD displays and not paper. The Revenge carried a 45.3 point lead into Monday night against the Fellas, Warner and Gore. Gore did hi s part as he and running mate Chris Johnson led the Fellas. Warner had a vintage-GIANTS type game instead of a RAMS or CARDINAL type of game and the Fellas fell back into a 3-way tie for first. The Revenge was led by Shaub, Andre Johnson, Fred Davis and Ma son in the "W" that got them back to .500 and still in the running for a Elite Spot as well as the season sweep of the Fellas. |

The Young Gunz and a 54.9 point lead were too much for the Dream Team, Davis and Crabtree. Marshall and the EAGLES led the Young Gunz too their large lead going into Monday night. Brees and Crabtree led the Dream Team as they once again came up short. Their 124.6 point total would have against many opponents this week, but not their actual opponent. The "W" keeps the Gunz Championship hopes alive. The loss officially ends the Dream Team season (currently third in s coring but last in the standings). |
