The defending Champion Black & Blue Attack defeated the Tsunami Brothers. McFadden and the RAIDERS widened the Attack lead as T.O. and Kaeding did not keep pace on Monday night. The Attack was led Peterson who is well on his way to proving that he was without a doubt the only option as a first pick. None of the Tsunami Brothers' players managed to break the 20 point barrier. |

The Black Revenge managed to hold off the M. Takers, Brady and Gostowski on Monday night. The Revenge was led by McNabb and Wayne. The Takers were led by Brady, Jones-Drew and Julius Jones. A Shockey start would have left the Takers a lot more happy on Tuesday morning. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Body Shop and the Dream Team. As late as 5:00 this looked like a laugher in the Dream Team's favor ue to a huge MVP performance by Brees. Romo kept the Shop fairly close and Carlson went nuts on that LAMBS defense and the LAMBS kicker put up a goose egg. The Dream team still had a comfortable lead with their first pick coming up on Sunday night. Forte came up small. Jennings had brought the Shop back and gave them a small lead later into the 4th quarter. Then the ghost of Webster Slaughter rose up and guided the ball to a wide open Jennings on a long TD pass. He also netted the 2 point conversion. That left the Dream Team down by 1 with only Jackson left on Monday night. Jackson came up one missed Josh Brown FG short of giving the Dream Team the "W". During the game Casey tried to convince me that starting Benson over Addai was the move of the week. I told him that 3 point difference wouldn't make a difference. I was wrong. The Shop gets the helmet. The Dream Team gets that stomach-wrenching feeling that they would have beaten every other team. I wish a pox upon you Schedule Maker!! |
