The Good Fellas defeated the Jelly Beans with Portis waiting in the locker room. It was a tight game as Tomlinson led the Beans and the Good Fellas were led by Mason and Ward. The Fellas big first round pick tosses a 0 and they win, last week he put up points and they loose. Go figure. Braylon Edwards ?? would have made a difference for the Beans. |

The Body Shop faced the "Helmet" team (Black Revenge) for the 2nd week in a row. The Revenge was led by number 5 and his 5 TD tosses. Sure Moss and Hous-a-whatzit had good games too, but it is nice to see a team with the old QB leading the team. At any rate, the Revenge, Duece and a 62 point lead were too much for the Shop and Plexiglass. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Quiet Storm and the Secane Tsunami. In this "Weather Channel" special, the Storm and a 22 point lead were too much for the Tsunami and Horn (just barely). This game was chock full of QB points as Favre and Palmer lit up the scoreboard. In fact the difference in this game was the supporting casts. The Storm's wide-outs were the difference. The Storm must be ready to drop-kick the RAVENS. Their early selection in the draft cost them Larry Johnson and now the RAVENS start in week 2 left the BEARS with a huge 26 points on the bench. That is just plain bad "karma". Seabass cost the Tsunami the game, because a Graham start combined with the Horn Monday game would have made the difference. Of course 7 more yards or 2 more receptions and Horn could have done it on his own. |

The Dream Team notched their first "W" of the season against the Black & Blue Attack. This game was almost over at 1:05 as both T.O. and Chad Johnson scored from 60+ yards out within a minute of the opening kickoff. Perhaps that draft strategy was not as nutty as everybody seemed to think it was. Driver and Collins made it look respectable for the Attack. The Dream Team scored their first "W" but are still looking for their first QB points, after all teams can not live on WR points alone. |

The Bull Dogs handed the M. Takers their 2nd "L" of the season, with Julius Jones still en-route to the stadium. The Dogs were led by Rackers and Boldin and also suffered from a goose-egg at QB. The Takers were lead by Muhammed and Elam in the losing effort. Culpepper scored his first points of the year with a minute left in the 2nd game of the season. Remember all that talk, about how the VIKES would be a closer more cohesive team without Moss. Sometimes talent is more important than locker room harmony. |
