2004 Pre-Draft Meeting Atendees: Dream Team, Bull Dogs, M. Takers, Body Shop and a representative of the Black Revenge, Black & Blue, Good Fellas and Quiet Storm. Proposals: 1. Slot Selection: When picking numbers you are not picking your draft position but are picking the order in which you pick the slot you want to draft from, (i.e.: You pick number 1: you get to pick any draft slot you want. You pick number 2, you pick from the 9 slots left after the number 1 pick has selected a slot, etc.). Proposition failed - Need 100% Attendence to consider this. 2. Revert to single set lineups (QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, PK, ST). Proposition tabled (4-3-1), awaiting absentee/abstained votes. --- Absentee Votes 1-1, Dream Team votes for returning to One Set making final vote (6-4). Proposition passes. 3. A small Injured reserve list, allowing owners to replace injured players. Proposition failed: 7-1 8. Proposal to select draft slots from the hat and adjourn the meeting.
