The M. Takers and the Holmes were unable to overcome a 19 point lead against the Sharks. The Sharks were led by Manning. The Takers only got points out of Bettis and Elam on Sunday. Is it too early to use the word 'Bust' in t he same sentence with Michael Vick? I think not. I never really liked Vick in our scoring format, anyway. |

The Jelly Beans and a 14 point lead were too much for the Quiet Storm and the RAVENS to overcome on Monday night. The Beans were led by a big running attack (42 pts.) and the Storm was led by a receiving attack (33 pts.). The Storm's last second pickup of Carr paid dividends as he matched Favre in points. You can't ask for more than that from a 12:55 pickup. |

The Bull Dogs pulled out the 'W' off the previously undefeated Black & Blue Attack. Both Teams were missing their number one pick. Also on both teams, the PK & ST provided half of their points. You could probably say that the difference in the game was the pickup of Collins and then the goose-egg he tossed. |

The Black Revenge, Jamal Lewis and a 14 point lead were too much for the Dream Team, Trent Green and the CHIEFS to overcome. In this low scoring affair, the Revenge PK and ST were the stars of the game. The Revenge remains undefeated. The Dream Team is not out of it at .500. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between Body Shop and the Good Fellas. The Good Fellas defeated the Body Shop on Monday when Matt Stover hit that 5 point FG. The Fellas were led by Moulds and Martin as McNabb cooled off a bit. The Shop continues to play Bulger over Brady, one wonders if the 0-4 start will force a change. It is bad when your back-up RB throws as many TDs as your starting QB. Speaking of that, Emmitt, where is the foun tain of youth. |
