The Bulldogs avenged their week 7 loss to the M. Takers and jumped up into a Elite Spot. The Bulldogs got scoring out of every starter and were led by Griese, Muhammad - he is very hot, and Vanderjagt. The Takers were led by Bennett and "Big Ben" in the losing effort. The Bulldogs point total will give them a good shot at the Elite even if the lose next week.

The Jelly Beans completed the season sweep of the Black Revenge. The Beans were led by Favre and Tomlinson, although 6 out of their 8 starters cleared double digits. The Beans look like a sure lock for the Championship. The Revenge were led by Lee Evans in the losing effort. The Revenge are all but eliminated from Elite contention.

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Black & Blue Attack and the Sharks. The Black & Blue aven ged their early season loss to the Sharks as a 4 point lead, Westbrook, Levens, Bruce, Akers and the EAGLES were too much for the Sharks and Wilkins. The Attack was led by Culpepper and Burleson who put up 45 points on Friday. Interestingly the Attack only scored points on Friday and Monday as their only Sunday starter was shutout. Th e Sharks were led by Manning who broke a record which has extreme Fantasy Football implications. It is kind of strange that the Sharks have Manning and my not even secure a Elite spot.

The Dream Team completed the season sweep of the Goodfellas as Holt and a 13 point lead were too much for the Fellas and a limited McNabb. The Fellas got most of their points from Shaun Alexander. The Dream Team was led by Green and Johnson again. Both teams are still alive for a Elite spot, but the Goodfellas are clearly in better position.

The Body Shop avenged their early season loss to the Quiet Storm. The Shop was led by Gonzales and Dominick Davis, but they left their biggest scorer on the bench in Droughns. The Storm got off to the wrong first step when Hassleback did not play, although only Carr put up any points in the Storm stable of QBs.
