The scheduling gods were not nice to the defending Champs as the Black & Blue put up 50+ points but lost to the Quiet Storm who grabbed the first helmet of the year (as they did last year). The Storm got balanced scoring with all but 1 WR putting up points. The Black & Blue were hoping for a bit more out of their QB. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Dream Team and the Jelly Beans. The Jelly Beans, McNabb and a 20 point lead were just barely too much for the Dream Team, Akers and the BUCs to overcome. The Beans strategy of playing Bruce nad Holt definitely payed off as they RAMS WRs combine to outscore Warner. The Dream Team squandered an MVP performance by Holmes. BTW, if that Safety at the end remained a safety - the incredible comeback would be complete. |

The Sharks and Gramatica could not overcame a 7 point lead on Monday night and ceded the "W" to the youngsters. The Fellas sat a 21 out of Chambers, but it would have taken guts to move him in the lineup. The Sharks combo of Gannon, Henry and Gramatica was just enough to get the job done. The Fellas can chalk this victory up to the new Defensive scoring system. |

The M. Takers put a big whipping on the Body Shop, as the Double-Bubble agreement definitely went purple this week. Culpepper and Moss outscored the Manning-Harrison duo to the tune of 33-0. This game featured 5 goose-eggs at the all important RB spot, and it really does not look good for the future for either team at that position. |
