The M. Takers defeated the Jelly Beans as the PACKERS were unable to make up an 8 pt. defecit on Monday night. The M. Takers only got points out of their WR's and PK, as Vick was knocked out early. McNabb led the Beans and made it interesting in the end, but much like with the EAGLES, he came up a touch short in the end. The Pre-Game Hype:The M. Takers hope the Jelly Beans trend of facing the 'Helmet' team continues for at least one more week. I believe Uncle Ron has started looking for a Voo-Doo hex remover. The Predictions/History: Spock: M. Takers 58 Jelly Beans 45 Spock's Predictions based on Points For, Points Against and Winning % |

The Good Fellas finally go a 'W', taking out a year full of frustration on the Dad and his Dream Team and putting up over 80 points. The Fellas like the RAMS, were probably relieved to have Warner out. Unlike the RAMS conv erted that relief into a big 'W'. Charlie Garner led the Fellas and they finally got double-digit production out of the QB position. The Dream Team got little production out of anyone but Manning. The Pre-Game Hype:There will be some uncomfortable moments in the Staley household this week as 'Dad' takes on 'Sons', and both teams need to win. Here is hoping 'Dad' gets an early installment on next year's Father's Day gift. p> The Predictions/History: Spock: Dream Team 41 Good Fellas 34 Spock's Predictions based on Points For, Points Against and Winning % |

The Body Shop remained undefeated as Ahman Green and a 57 point lead were too much for the Bull Dogs, Favre, Booker and the Bears to overcome. The Shop was led by a big performance by McAllister and another excellent performance by Bledsoe. The change of scenery seems to have done Drew a great deal of good. The Dogs were out of it before their guns hit the field. The Pre-Game Hype:The Body Shop will try to remain undefeated against the Bull Dogs this week. The Shop survived a poor QB decision in Week 4. The Dogs only loss was due to a poor QB decision in week 2. The Predictions/History: Spock: Bull Dogs 53 Body Shop 51 Spock's Predictions based on Points For, Points Against and Winning % |

The Revenge is still lurking around the Elite Line as Longwell and the A-Train easily overcame a 2 point deficit to the Sharks. The Sharks wouldn't have had a shot if Stephen Davis hadn't returned from injury to notch 2 score s. Trent Green and Portis kept the Revenge close so Longwell could come in and close it out. The Pre-Game Hype:The Black Revenge and Sharks meet in battle with different goals this week. The Revenge is trying to make the big leap over the Elite Line. The Sharks are trying to avoid the basement. The Predictions/History: Spock: Black Revenge 50 Sharks 42 Spock's Predictions based on Points For, Points Against and Winning % |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between Black & Blue Attack and the Quiet Storm. This was a regular old shootout as the defenses seemed to be missing. The Storm, led by 56 RB points from Dillon and Holmes, put up a big 90 points. Most weeks that gives you a nice restful Monday night. Thanks in large part to Gannon (wasn't he supposed to be a non-factor without Gruden), the Storm was forced to tune in to Monday night with more on their minds than a nice leisurely night of watching Football. Driver at least ended the Storm's agony quick with a 12 point TD and a yardage bonus almost all on one play. The question switched from "Would the Black & Blue hand the Quiet Storm their first 'L'?" to "Would the Black & Blue clear triple-digits for the second straight week?". The Pre-Game Hype:The Quiet Storm meets the Black & Blue Attack in a battle of Elite Teams. The Storm is hoping the Attack shot their load this week. The Attack is petitioning the league to carry over some of those excess points from week 4 (not much only a hundred or so). The Predictions/History: Spock: Black & Blue 54 Quiet Storm 47 Spock's Predictions based on Points For, Points Against and Winning % |
