The M. Takers kept a hold of the final Elite spot by completing the sweep of the Jelly Beans. Culpepper and Owens led the Takers. The Beans with half a Faulk and no McNabb have been trying vainly, but the injuries are just ki lling them. |

The Dream Team avenged their early season loss to the Good Fellas by squeaking out a "W". The Dream Team was led by a decent running game as both George and Staley cracked double digits. The Fellas came up short despite getting scores out of 5 of their 8 starters. The Fellas unfortunately are now firmly entrenched in the basement. |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the contest between the Bull Dogs and Body Shop. The Shop had a huge lead going into Monday Night. Ricky Williams erased this lead by the 4th quarter when he passed the 30-point mark. Olindo Mare got the Shop back the lead with a couple of field goals. A last minute Booker TD gave the Body Shop the 1-point victory in the end. The Shop and Dogs earlier meeting was shockingly similar with the Dogs going into Mon day down by a bunch. The first time the Dogs came up short. This time they did not. The loss was particularly bad for the Shop as a 'W' would have put them in a good position for a Title run. McAllister led the Shop in the loss. One may also question the Bledsoe benching as well. There also was a last minute switch of Bryant for Gardner that left one wondering. |

The Black Revenge completed the season sweep of the Sharks as both teams were posturing for that last Elite spot. This game was really close and went right down to the wire on Sunday night. Moss scored and gave the Revenge the 'W". Jamal Lewis provided most of the Revenge points as no other Revenge player cracked double digits. In the losing effort, Garcia and Coles both cracked double digits. With a final score of 59-58, it really was a shame to see either team lo se here. |

The Quiet Storm pulled out of their little slide and split the season series with the Black & Blue Attack. The Storm must have pulled out the crystal ball on that Brad Johnson call. Relegated to the bench most of the season h e gets plugged in on the week where he tosses 4 TDs. Priest Holmes tossed in his usual 16-point game. The Black & Blue Attack has their worst outing of the year as none of the Attack cracked double digits. |
