The Hammer Heads completed the Season sweep against the Sharks on Sunday night. The Heads carried a 6 pt. lead into Sunday with Manning and Testaverde to decide the issue. The dueling QB's battled to a 6 pt. tie and the Hammer Heads won. The Heads were led by Robert Smith and have won 3 in a row. The Sharks looked on enviously as Trent Green lit up the scoreboard. Will the Sharks still have a shot when Warner returns? |

The "Game of the Week" honors go to the match between the Jelly Beans and Quiet Storm. The Beans, BRONCOS and Rison were able to overcome a 1 pt. lead against the Quiet Storm, Easy Ed and Elam. The Beans repeated their week 2 win against the Storm. The next week they started the longest losing streak of the year. This game saw the lead change a couple of time and also saw the tie-breaker rule almost come into play. The Storm saw a fine game by Culpepper go to waste. The Beans got a big 13 out of Rison and the BRONCOS. |

The Dream Team avenged their early loss to the Black Revenge as Griese could not overcome a 23 pt. lead on Monday night. The Dream Team was led by a huge MVP game out of Trent Green as they snagged their 1st helmet of the year. Norm was on the phone with Martz urging him not to rush Warner back too fast. The Revenge had a small margin of error that has been reduced to almost non-existent. |

The Bulldogs ended their mini-slump by completing the season-sweep of the M. Takers. The Takers held a slim 6 point lead over the Dogs going into Sunday night. The Dogs had C-Mart and Dudley on Monday. The Takers had the COLTS who looked like they might put up a shutout as Hall missed early FGs. The COLTS lost their shutout and it looked like it would come down to Martin yardage bonus and the Tiebreaker rule. Martin put up a late 7 pt. TD and ended all of that. The Dogs shrewdly started Collins over Beurlein this week. The Takers have now enjoyed the benefits of that trade for several weeks in a row. Apparently it was not that bad of a deal after all. |

The Black & Blue swept the Attack Bowl Series as the Mac Attack, Rod Smith and 12 point lead were no match for Gannon, T.D. and Brown on Monday night. Week 11 saw The Black & Blue finally put in a lineup that contained both of their top 2 picks from the Draft. The Mac Attack was certainly surprised by the goose egg Grbac put up against the Niners (as were many other people). The Mac Attack clings to that last Elite position and the Black & Blue is in a pos ition to make a late season run (pardon the pun) with it's top 2 draft picks. |
